Members can book any PAC in-home service at standard list price. Use the inquiry form below for pricing on a specific service.

Therapies: Acupuncture (TCVM), cold laser, ozone, shockwave/soundwave, IV vitamin infusion, myofascial release, companion rehabilitation, non-anesthetic dental.

Diagnostics: In-home ultrasound, bloodwork + urine + fecal labs, BP + ECG, cancer screening, gut biome testing, heavy metal screening, food + environmental allergy panels, DNA testing, eye exam.

PAC Apothecary — 10% off selected formulas

Dispensed under PAC's veterinary license. Practitioner-only catalog: Jing Tang TCVM herbals · Evergreen Herbals · RX Vitamins · Adored Beast Apothecary. Every recommendation is individualized.

PAC Pantry — store pickup access

Clinical-grade nutrition curated by PAC.

  • No access to Urgent Mobile Care — for clinically urgent conditions, PAC refers you to the nearest emergency hospital
  • No personal delivery — Pantry pickup only (Leader-only privilege)
  • No priority scheduling — online booking only, by availability
  • No same-day or guaranteed-day appointments
  • No whole-household coverage — Member pricing is per pet (second pet = second $99)
Emergencies — we refer

PAC does not see emergencies. Call your nearest emergency vet hospital immediately for any of:

  • Difficulty breathing
  • Seizure
  • Toxin ingestion (also call ASPCA Poison Control: 888-426-4435)
  • Heart disorders / collapse / weakness
  • Severe allergic reaction
  • New major wounds, impactions, or bites
  • Inability to urinate
  • Extreme pain or distress

By subscribing to PAC Member, you agree to a 3-month minimum commitment of $297 total ($99/month per pet × 3 months), after which your subscription auto-renews monthly at $99 per pet. Cancel anytime in your account; cancellations during the minimum term take effect at the end of the 3-month term.

Ready to upgrade to Leader?

PAC Member is the on-ramp tier. Members who upgrade to PAC Leader receive a credit equal to their most recent Member payment ($99) applied to the first month of Leader.

Leader unlocks household coverage, included monthly in-home visits, priority scheduling, Urgent Mobile Care access, and personal Pantry delivery.

About PAC

PAC (Private Animal Care) is a mobile concierge veterinary practice based in Tarzana, California. We're trained in Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine (TCVM) and we practice mobile because we believe the exam room should be wherever your pet feels safest.

We keep our practice intentionally small so we can be the family vet your pet recognizes — not the name on a chart. Every animal who walks into our care is treated as a gift entrusted to us. Slow, careful, honest.

Auto-Renewal Disclosure (California) PAC Member is a subscription that auto-renews at $99 per pet per month after the initial 3-month minimum ($297 per pet). Your payment method will be charged $99/pet/month on your billing date unless you cancel. Cancel anytime in your account at pac.pet/account — cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. By subscribing, you authorize PAC to charge your payment method on file each month. To manage or cancel, visit pac.pet/account or email rxstore@pac.pet.
