Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform to sell our products.

In jurisdictions that do not allow limitation of liability for consequential damages, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PAC: Private Animal Care and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, and employees from any claim, demand, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and other policies posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and PAC: Private Animal Care governing your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
Section 18 — Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
BINDING ARBITRATION: To the extent permitted by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”), conducted in Los Angeles County, California. This arbitration clause does not apply to disputes involving intellectual property rights or situations where either party seeks injunctive or other equitable relief.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You and PAC: Private Animal Care each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action, class arbitration, or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims.
Section 19 — Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time by posting changes to this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
