Shipping policy

We want your order to arrive safely, on time, and exactly as expected. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. Estimated transit times vary by carrier and destination. Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 states and U.S. territories. Deliveries to P.O. Boxes may require additional processing time depending on carrier availability.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping except to addresses within the European Union (see our Refund Policy for EU consumer rights). International shipping availability and rates are subject to change. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified of any changes to international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website. If you do not receive a tracking email within 5 business days of your order, contact us at rxstore@pac.pet.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at rxstore@pac.pet with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you promptly to resolve the issue.

If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please: (1) check with neighbors and in safe locations around your property; (2) contact the carrier directly; and (3) if the issue is not resolved within 2 business days, contact us. We are not responsible for packages confirmed delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are processed and shipped on your selected billing schedule. You will receive a shipping notification email for each subscription shipment. To make changes to your subscription shipping address, log into your account or contact us at rxstore@pac.pet at least 48 hours before your next scheduled processing date.
